Welcome to Beaches Osteopathy!

CANCELLATION AND NO SHOW POLICY:

We require 24 hours notice for any cancellations. If less than 24 hours notice, we will try our best to fill it through our waitlist. If we are unable to, you will be billed 50% of the appointment fee.

No Shows will be billed for the full appointment fee. Fees will be waived for any extenuating circumstances.

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the therapists’ day that could have been filled by another patient. Thank you for your mindfulness and understanding.

• Hand Sanitation: Upon your arrival, please wash your hands thoroughly or use the hand sanitizer on the front table or in the treatment room.

• Enhanced cleaning: Increased cleaning methods have been put into place to follow the new COVID-19 health and safety guidelines laid out by the Government of Ontario, Ontario’s Chief Medical Officer, Ontario’s Ministry of Health, the WHO, the Ontario Association of Osteopathic Manual Practitioners (OAO) and the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO). A HEPA filter is being used within the treatment room.

Treatment of Pets take place in this office - hypoallergenic and non-hypoallergenic. The office is cleaned and sanitized after each pet.

We look forward to meeting you and helping you along your health journey.

Sarah has been a health practitioner since 2003, when she began her career as a Registered Massage Therapist. After years of treating clients with Massage Therapy, Reflexology and Reiki, she decided to return to school to learn another approach to treatment.

She attended the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy, in Hamilton, where she was classically trained and in 2015 received her diploma in Masters in Practice of Osteopathic Manipulative Sciences.

Sarah has received her Graduate Diploma in Animal Osteopathy in 2021 and is offering services for your pet or horse.

She loves the challenge of searching for the root cause as to why something is occurring within the body and not chasing the effect.

Sarah continues to appreciate the natural healing ability of the body and its need for balance; body, mind and spirit.

Sarah is an active professional member of the Ontario Association of Osteopathic Manual Practitioners (OAO). Sarah is currently a student with Equine Behaviour Affiliation for the Applied Equine Psychology Course.

Sarah makes sure to bring balance into her life through mindfulness, being out in nature, reading, being active, time with family and friends and taking courses to further her learning.
